CASTIATOR uses remote playlist activation through IBO Player. Once we receive your MAC address, our team assigns your playlist remotely. You do not need to enter any M3U URL or portal address manually. Simply restart IBO Player after activation and your channels will appear automatically.
Ensure your internet connection is stable (minimum 4 Mbps recommended, 25 Mbps for 4K). Try restarting IBO Player or clearing the app cache. If the issue persists, contact our 24/7 support team.
Check your internet speed using a speed test. Buffering is almost always caused by insufficient bandwidth or ISP throttling. Connect via Ethernet for the most reliable experience.
